Wicklow Way

Ireland‘s oldest long-distance path.

Make your way across the Republic of Ireland and get to know the eventful history of the country up close. On the Wicklow Way, the oldest long-distance hiking trail on the island you can do both. The paths lead across meadows, through forests and through the Wicklow Mountain National Park, a small natural paradise near the coast.

The wild sea, the hustle and bustle in the pubs and a different charming area every night make hiking holidays in Ireland unique.

Details of hiking holidays on Wicklow Way

On the way on the green hills of Carlow, step by step through Marlay Park in the south of Dublin and further and further over the Emerald Isle. The Wicklow Way shows you the landscape and beauty of Ireland in all its diversity. Typical bed and breakfasts sweeten the start of the next day of hiking with a hot cup of tea, scones and plenty of butter. In the evening, live bands play in the pubs and the bitter flavour of Guinness rounds of your day.

For seven days you will experience the diverse landscape of Ireland from Clonegal to Dublin, the vibrant metropolis of the island.

The highlights of the hiking trip on Wicklow Way
